Homemade Gold Milk 💛🥛🍯🧡🌻

Super easy to make and so healthy for you. Turmeric helps with reducing inflammation in the body and supports a healthy immune system. The golden milk is rich in nutritional benefits. It’s is full of nutrients, antioxidants, and has a delicious soothing and warming flavor.

💛Ingredients💛:

•2 cups of oat milk, almond milk or coconut milk

•1 teaspoon of turmeric

•1 teaspoon of honey

•1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

•a small pinch of ground or fresh ginger

•a small pinch of pepper

•1 teaspoon MCT coconut oil

💛Instructions💛:

Add the almond milk to a small pot and heat on low temperature.

Add the turmeric, cinnamon, coconut oil honey or coconut syrup, and pepper and stir frequently for about 3 minutes until the milk is warm, but not boiling.

Remove from heat.

Strain the milk either through a strainer or small colander.

Froth the top of the milk for a few seconds with a milk frother.

Add more honey or coconut syrup for taste.

Add the almond milk to a small pot and heat on low temperature.

Add the turmeric, cinnamon stick, cardamon pods, honey or coconut syrup, and pepper and stir frequently for about 3 minutes until the milk is warm, but not boiling.

Remove from heat.

Strain the milk either through a strainer or small colander.

Froth the top of the milk for a few seconds with a milk frother.
