1:1 MEDITATION SESSION VIA ZOOM

A guided meditation session to relax your body mind and soul.

If you are feeling stress or anxiety due to feelings of uncertainty or helplessness, you’re not alone. 


It’s important to go inward and taking the time to ground ourselves and learn how to calm our hearts and minds through meditation. 


During my mediation class I will teach you how to meditate and calm your inner thoughts by bringing your awareness inwards and relaxing your body mind and soul.

1 Single Session (60 minutes) 40€

4x1 hour Session 150€ 


Sessions take place via Zoom.
